Jenna Shanis, MS specializes in research, human factors, and product design services.

Prior to founding Peel, Jenna worked in both the consulting and corporate worlds. She worked for Motorola where she was responsible for both the Design Research and Human Factors for Motorola’s government and enterprise products. She has also worked for consultancies such as Nelson Design, Bresslergroup, and Smart Design.

She has focused her research on computer input and output, design research methods, physical and cognitive ergonomics, and in a variety of product design areas.

Jenna received her Bachelors of Science with Honors in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University and a Masters of Science in Ergonomics, with a minor in Business Administration, also from Cornell.

Jenna resides in Manhattan and loves the work she does with Peel.
